Harvest 2023
After a long winter, harvest is about a month later this year, but we’re in it now. And the fruit is looking healthy and great!
Vineyard check Aug
We finally have verasion in the vineyards… the grapes are turning color as they ripen. We’re later this year, but the grapes look great.

Summer temperatures and sunshine have finally arrived and we’re out in the vineyard keeping up. Weed whacking and keeping it clean. We’re also suckering the vines.

Master olive tree pruning
Francisco is a master at pruning olive trees. It’s not easy work. He gets in the tree and prunes from the inside out carefully selecting where to cut and being mindful of the final look.
